Payment
Payment can be made using the following payment methods: MobilePay and payment cards such as Dankort, VISA and Mastercard.
When paying by card - except Dankort - the payment will be reserved in your account in accordance with the terms of your card until we withdraw or reject the payment.
The amount will be deducted when the item is shipped.
If multiple items have been ordered in an order and one or more of the items cannot be delivered immediately, we will only deduct payment for the item(s) when the items are shipped.
Delivery
We deliver goods to addresses in the EU AND USA.
The goods are delivered 2 to 3 business days after your order.
We offer the following delivery methods: GLS and DHL
We offer free delivery on purchases over DKK 499.
Right of withdrawal
You can cancel your purchase without giving any reason within 14 days. If you have purchased multiple items in an order, you can choose to cancel some or all of the items. We will not refund delivery costs in the event of a partial cancellation.
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which you or another person you have chosen to receive the goods (but not the carrier) takes physical possession of the goods.
However, we offer a 30-night satisfaction guarantee on our weighted blankets and pillows. This means that you can try your pillow and weighted blanket for 30 nights and return it if it does not meet your expectations.
If you have ordered multiple items in one order and we cannot deliver the items at the same time, the cancellation period will expire when you receive the last item in physical possession.
If you have ordered multiple parts or lots, the cancellation period will expire when you receive the last part or lot in physical possession.
If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, the deadline is extended to the following weekday.
How to regret
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must create your return label within 14 days here: https://andnowyousleep.com/pages/returns
Returned products must be received in their original condition, packaging and wrapping. And Now You Sleep only accepts products that are undamaged and have not been used, washed or otherwise damaged.
Once And Now You Sleep has received your returned item, you will receive an email within 14 working days confirming that the refund has been initiated.
The refund will be made via the same payment method you used when shopping at And Now You Sleep.

The goods must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have received your order. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the expiry of the 14 days.
Goods cannot be sent cash on delivery or to a pickup point.
Refund of money upon cancellation
When you cancel, we will refund all payments received from you, including any delivery costs. However, this does not apply to additional costs when you have chosen a delivery method that is more expensive than the cheapest delivery method that we offer.
If you have purchased multiple items in an order and only regret part of your purchase, we will not refund the delivery costs.
We will refund the amount without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which we have received your return shipment.
We will process such a refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction. You will not be charged any fees as a result of the refund.
Condition of the item upon return and packaging
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of a product that is caused by handling the product other than what is necessary to determine the nature, properties and functioning of the product. You may normally examine and test the product in the same way as you may and can in a store.
You must return the item in its original packaging. The packaging may be opened, but not destroyed. If the packaging is missing or damaged, this may constitute a decrease in value for which you are liable.
You should also ensure that the item is properly packaged when you return it. You bear the risk of the package/items until we receive them. Therefore, keep the postal receipt and any track and trace number.
Complaints - if there is something wrong with the product or service
The Danish Sales Act applies if you buy a product, a digital service or a digital performance, and there is a defect in the purchased item. A defect is, for example, a material or manufacturing defect or incorrect information about what you have purchased. On the other hand, for example, normal wear and tear or self-inflicted damage is not a defect.

You must contact us within a reasonable time after you have discovered the fault. In the event of shipping damage, we ask you to notify us as soon as possible. If you contact us within 2 months of discovering the fault, your complaint will always be timely. If the complaint is justified, we will refund your reasonable and necessary shipping costs. Therefore, please keep your receipt.

Complaints options
If we cannot agree on what you are entitled to, you have the following options for complaint:
A complaint about a product or service can be submitted to Nævnenes Hus, Mediation Team for Consumer Complaints, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg via the Complaints Portal for Nævnenes Hus . The mediation team will attempt to resolve the dispute through mediation, and if a solution is not found, you can bring the complaint to the Consumer Complaints Board.
It is basically a prerequisite for filing a complaint that the product or service you want to complain about has cost at least DKK 1,110 and a maximum of DKK 100,000.
A fee must be paid to have the complaint processed.
The European Commission's online complaint portal can also be used to file a complaint. This is particularly relevant for consumers residing in another EU country. Gift card
Gift cards for www.andnowyousleep.com are valid for 2 years after the gift card is issued. Any remaining value can be redeemed up to one year after the gift card expires.
