Only applies to products not covered by the 30-night satisfaction guarantee.
If you wish to make use of your right of return, you must contact us at hello@andnowyousleep.com within 14 days of receiving your order. You will then be given further instructions on how to return the products.
Returned products must be received in their original condition, packaging and wrapping. And Now You Sleep only accepts products that are undamaged and have not been used, washed or otherwise damaged.
Once And Now You Sleep has received your returned item, you will receive an email within 14 working days confirming that the refund has been initiated.
The refund will be made via the same payment method you used when shopping at And Now You Sleep.
30-night satisfaction guarantee
We offer a 30-night satisfaction guarantee on our weighted blankets and pillows. This means you can try your pillow and weighted blanket for 30 nights and return it if it doesn't meet your expectations.
However, we would like to hear about your experiences with our products during this period, and we are always ready to help and advise you to find the right product for you.

Remember that it can take time to get used to a new pillow or duvet, so give yourself 30 nights to try out the product in your usual surroundings.
