Payment
We accept payment by MobilePay and the following cards: Dankort, VISA, and Mastercard.
When using a card as a payment method, except Dankort, the amount will be reserved on your account. It is in accordance with your card’s terms until we ship or decline your order.
The amount is withdrawn when your order is shipped.
If several products have been ordered in the same order and one or several products are out of stock, we will only charge a payment for the shipped part of the order.
Delivery/shipping
Packages to Denmark are shipped with GLS. Other countries in EU, UK, and USA with UPS.
Your order will be dispatched within 2-3 working days from the time you place your order.
Our delivery partners GLS and UPS deliver directly to your preferred delivery adress or a GLS/ UPS Service Point from where your parcel can be collected.
You will receive an email with instructions when your parcel has been shipped.
All orders are shipped from our shipping partner in Copenhagen.
You will get free delivery on purchases over DKK 499 or EUR 70.
Return
And Now You Sleep offers return within 14 days starting from the day you receive your order.
If you have purchased several items in one order, you can choose to cancel the purchase of some or all items. Please note! If you have ordered several items in one order and we cannot deliver the items at the same time, the cancellation period expires after 14 days on the item received.
If the deadline expires on a Saturday or public holiday, the deadline is extended to the following weekday.
Make a return
Kindly let us know if you want to return your order by sending us an e-mail at yes@andnowyousleep.com as soon as possible and within 14 days from the day you received your order.
Please note! Refusing to receive your package or failing to pick it up is not an option for cancelling or returning your order.
You can use the standard cancellation form, which is reproduced at the end of these sales and delivery conditions, but it is not mandatory.
Return of the item and return costs
After noticing us please attach the return label to the return package. All items must be in original packaging and unused condition, except from the pillows and blankets.
Carefully pack the items in the reusable And Now You Sleep package it was delivered in.
Hand in the parcel at the closest GLS/UPS Service Point.
Remember to ask for a receipt when you hand in the parcel. You should not pay anything when you hand in the parcel to the distributor.
Please note that if you use an alternative distributor to make the return, you are responsible for the return until it reaches our address And Now You Sleep, Holck WF Allé 6, 2900 Hellerup, DK. Please note! Parcels cannot be sent without distribution.
Refund
After your return is handed to the distributor it will arrive at our address and processed.
The refund will be initiated and a return refund receipt is sent via e-mail. The refund will be in your account within 2-5 banking days, depending on your bank and chosen payment method.
Please note! We will refund the full amount, including the delivery fee for the cheapest delivery service that we offer.
Condition of the item upon return and packaging
Please note that you are able to examine and try the item as in a store. You are liable for a possible deterioration in the value of an item due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the item’s type, properties and functionality.
Please return the package in its original packaging. The packaging can be opened but not destroyed. If the packaging is missing or damaged, this may constitute a decrease in value for which you are liable.
Ensure that the item is securely wrapped before returning it. You are responsible for the package until delivery at the distributors Service Point. Please remember to receive a receipt when you hand in the parcel.
Guarantee
We warrant that upon delivery and for a period of twenty-four months from the date of delivery goods purchased hereunder will conform in all material respects to the applicable manufacturer’s specifications for such goods and will be free from material defects in workmanship, material and design under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, negligent handling, lack of reasonable maintenance and care, accident or abuse by anyone other than us.
Please notify us, by sending an e-mail at yes@andnowyousleep.com about any defects in the product for up to two years from the time of delivery.
Contact us within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect. If it is shipping damage, please inform us as soon as possible in any case. Contact us within two months of discovering the defect, and your complaint will always be timely. If the complaint is justified, we will refund your reasonable and necessary shipping costs.
Please inform as many details about the problem, and if possibly submit pictures of the error. In case of our examination, please sent the package in proper packaging to:

Appeal options
If we cannot agree on your rights, you have the following appeal options:
A complaining regarding a product or service can be submitted to Nævnenes Hus, Mæglingsteamet for Forbrugerklager, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, Denmark via the Complaint Portal for Nævnenes Hus . The Mæglingsteam will try to resolve the complaint, and if it is not possible to find a solution, you can bring the complaint before the Consumer Complaints Board.
It is basically a prerequisite for making a complaint that the product or service you want to complain about costs minimum DKK 1,110 and a maximum of DKK 100,000. You must pay a fee to have the complaint processed.
The EU Commission's online complaints portal can also be used when submitting a complaint. It is particularly relevant for consumers residing in another EU country. Gift card
Gift cards for www.andnowyousleep.com are valid for 2 years after the gift card is issued. Any residual value can be redeemed for up to one year after the gift card expires.
