How do I choose the right gravity mattress?

Choose the Deep Rest weighted mattress so that it weighs 10-15% of your body weight.

Use the following guideline, which is suitable for both children and adults:

- If you weigh 25-55 kg, 5 kg is recommended

- If you weigh 55-80 kg, 7 kg is recommended

- If you weigh more than 80 kg, 9 kg is recommended

The weighted blanket is 70X100 cm and weighs 2 kg - perfect for a little rest.

How do I choose the right pillow?

Deep Sleep Head Pillow and Deep Sleep Body Pillow are available in three firmnesses:

- Soft provides light support

- Medium provides clear support

- Hard has a hard padding

Can I change/cancel my order?

What do I have to pay for shipping?

The prices for delivery are:

You get free shipping on purchases over DKK 499.

When will I receive my order?

Your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days. If, contrary to expectations, you have not received your package within a week, please contact customer service by e-mail yes@andnowyousleep.com or telephone +45 27252527.

Where is my order?

You will receive an e-mail with a tracking number when your order is shipped from the warehouse. When contacting the shipping company, please identify the order via the tracking number.

How long can I return an item?

You have 14 days right of return. Let us know by phone +45 27252527 or email yes@andnowyousleep.com if you wish to exercise the right of return.

What is the cost of returning an item?

Nothing. And Now You Sleep offers free returns.

Lost return label - how do I get a new one?
