How do I choose the right weighted blanket?

Choose the Deep Rest Weighted Blanket to weigh 10-15% of your body weight. Use the following guidelines suitable for both children and adults:

- If you weigh 25-55 kg, we recommend 5 kg

- If you weigh 55-80 kg, we recommend 7 kg

- If you weigh over 80 kg, we recommend 9 kg

The weighted blanket measures 70x100 cm and weighs 2 kg - perfect for a quick rest.

How do I choose the right pillow?

The Deep Sleep Pillow and Deep Sleep Body Pillow are available in three firmness levels:

- Soft provides gentle support

- Medium provides moderate support

- Firm has a firm padding

What is the cost for shipping?

The delivery prices are:

You get free shipping on purchases over 499 DKK.

When will I recieve my order?

Your order will be shipped within 2-3 business days. 

If, contrary to expectations, you haven't received your package within a week, please contact customer service at email or phone +45 27252527.

Where is my order?

You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order is dispatched from the warehouse. 

When contacting the shipping company, please identify the order using the tracking number.

How long do I have to return an item?

You have a 14-day right of return. Please notify us by phone at +45 27252527 or email at if you wish to use the right of return.

What is the cost of returning an item?

Nothing. And Now You Sleep offers free returns.

Lost return label - how do I get a new one?

Please contact customer service at, and they will send you a new return label.

Can I exchange an item?

When exchanging an item, please place a new order for the item and return the original one.

How do I file a complaint?
