The weight of the weighted blanket provides deep pressure stimulation. Deep pressure stimulation could increase the production of serotonin and oxytocin (lucky hormones) and could also affect the level of melatonin (the sleep hormone). Deep Rest Weighted Blanket is made of organic cotton. The beautiful print was created in a collaboration between the Danish artist Mette Hannemann and And Now You Sleep.

Washing Instructions

Cleaning is recommended for your weighted blanket. The blanket can be washed, but if there is a tiny hole in the cover the fine glass filling falls out.
